How to Culture Library
Welcome to the Apollo page of the How to Culture Library. At the moment we’re very busy working on our own website where you’ll be able to check out all the items in the library and reserve them.
The How to Culture Library is a library set up for and by students. We, the HTCie, want to make culture accessible for all students. Whether you would like to learn how to play the piano or you need a specific tool for that clay sculpture you’re working on or you just want to try something new. We got it all. The library contains a broad collection of items in all kinds of categories, namely; design, handworks, literary, movement, music, painting & drawing, photography & film, textile, theater and even more. Students can reserve and borrow these items for free.
Who is it for?
The library is meant for anyone that would like to do anything with culture, whether you are a part of an association or not. The only thing we ask is that you have a Unioncard or Campuscard.
The HTC Library will follow the same holiday schedule as the university
How does it work?
To use the library you first need to register as a user. You can do this during the opening times mentioned below. To register you will need to leave some contact details and pay a deposit. Once you have been registered you can borrow any item you like from the library. The standard borrowing period is one week, with the option to extend it twice, also one week each time. When you are already registered for the library it is also possible to reserve specific items for a specific moment.
