Foton is one of the oldest cultural associations at the University of Twente – the perfect place for anyone passionate about photography. They focus on both analog and digital photography, offering a wide range of activities for every photography enthusiast.

Foton organizes monthly events covering both digital and analog techniques. If you are an experienced user of the dark room, you can even develop your own film independently in the darkroom at the Vrijhof.

Foton also has studio lights and backdrops available for workshops. In the past associations have asked them to photograph their student galas using their portable studio set up.
